...is Mr. Ladybug's favorite, so I baked it again. Dark Belgian chocolate soufflé type cake served with soft and billowy whipped cream. He savored it with good Cabernet Sauvignon :)

Welcome! Mrs. Ladybug is cookin' and Mr. Ladybug is photographin' and eatin'...
hi! looks very delicious! it would be nice if you can share the recipe?
ReplyDeleteDear happychachi,
ReplyDeleteWelcome and I appreciate your comment.
Instead of typing down my recipe, this is the recipe I found on the web.. It's nice as it visually shows each steps.
The ingredients are little different.
I use
3 eggs
150g granuated sugar
90g unsweetened chocolate
90g unsalted butter
1tbsp heavy cream
1tbsp rum
20g all purpose flour
and the only difference is that I mix egg yolks and sugar together first (till it's fluffy), then add butter (softened to room temp.), melted chocolate, rum, cream, flour (shifted), then egg white at the end. Hope you enjoy it, too!

And the baking temperature, for my recipe it's 170C (338F), for about 50 min. in hotwater bath.
